Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or Philippine holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may occasionally be longer during promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive available tracking information through your provided contact details.

2. Shipping Within the Philippines

We currently offer shipping within the Philippines through available courier services.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

Metro Manila: approximately 1–3 business days
Luzon: approximately 2–5 business days
Visayas: approximately 3–7 business days
Mindanao: approximately 3–7+ business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, courier volume, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected delivery service.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed or communicated before your order is finalized.

4. Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after dispatch.

Peak Research Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations after the package has been dispatched.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

Full name
Complete delivery address
Contact number
Other information required by the courier

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or unable to receive the package, please coordinate directly with the courier when possible.

Additional delivery attempts or reshipping may be subject to additional courier charges.

7. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or compromised:

Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
Take photographs of the contents and packaging.
Contact Peak Research Peptides as soon as possible.
Provide your order number and the photographs so that we can review the issue.

Claims should be reported promptly after delivery.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the shipment is subject to the courier's handling and delivery procedures.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the appropriate courier investigation.

9. Returns & Shipping

Because our products are designated For Research Use Only, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Any return, replacement, or order issue will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

10. International Shipping

At this time, Peak Research Peptides does not guarantee international shipping availability.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that any ordered research materials are permitted under the laws, regulations, import requirements, and customs rules of their destination country.

We reserve the right to decline an international shipment where applicable.

11. Research Use Only

All products sold by Peak Research Peptides are marketed strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or mitigation of any disease or medical condition.

Customers are responsible for using and handling research materials in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and appropriate laboratory practices.
